We enjoyed the location, access to the slopes and the convenience.The place was too small for four adults.

We did not like the fact that there was no ski room for the skis and ski boots and there is no laundry room.

The location was great, literally ski to your doorstep and lifts located a quick ski down from front door. Large rooms comfy enough for 6 people even tho said 4.

Recycling rooms were a problem at the end of the week as we could not dispose all of our empty bottles due to the bins being far to small.

Brilliant location. Literally ski in and ski out. Staff were very helpful, both before we arrived (they answered by email questions quickly and were very helpful) and whilst we were there. Good ski lockers.

The rooms were a bit small. Our room was for 4 people and there were too of us. Would be okay for a family or friends for a weekend. Also you did have to pay to store baggage.

The location was very convenient, plus it was really nice to have a small kitchen to use for quick meals.

The apartment was a little cramped with all our ski gear, but manageable. The hotel offered only wired internet options. I think in this age, a WiFi option should be offered.

Good central location in resort. Basic but adequate accommodation, good view from balcony.

May be too basic for some. Have to make own beds on arrival unless you have booked "luxury" package. Staff young, friendly but very slow to do anything resulting in queues at peak time.

The price was very good for the apartment we had. There was a kit with individual clean towels and bed sheets for each person and cleaning products. The staff were really friendly

Location is excelent for skiing.

The location was excellent, with a ski slope right behind the apartment.

Getting around the resort is a challenge because of all the snow! There is a bus for €8 per group against the €14.50 riding on the horse & sleigh. You need the number for the bus, given to us by the proprietor of the bar opposite (so I feel the staff at the apt, should provide a welcome pack with all this sort of info in it)!

The room was very warm and cozy with amazing mountain view. I was pleased to find all necessary equipment and cutlery in the kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Instead of Douchka we were accommodated in Saskia. Reception decided to relocate our booking on the basis that there was a big group of teenagers at Douchka who might be loud and disturb us at nights. Every room is provided with a ski storage which is locked and located at the ground level. Ski rent shop is located in the same building of Saskia and you can avail a 20% discount as a guest of Saskia.

Rooms were well sized and there was plenty of storage.

The check out time was listed as 5pm on our booking confirmation, however the reception staff would not accept that the information stated was correct even though it was clearly listed on my print out. We chose this apartment for a long weekend for the very reason that we could have our room until we needed to transfer.

place/location is great.

some services that were advertised were not available. For example swimming pool was closed for winter (not mentioned in hotel description), spa and jacusi were not free of charge and had to be booked separately, which was not mentioned in hotel description. Room was too small for a 4 star hotel.

The room was a little tired in appearance, particularly the bathroom, however it was a very economical way of putting up a group of 7 guys.

I liked the location, and the views were amazing.

It was very basic and small for a family of 4. Overall, the cleaning of the apartment was not 100%, we were there for only 2 nights, it was nice.

Excellent location - ski in ski out. Good basic accomodation at very reasonable price. Room for 4 easily sleeps 2 adults/2 children.

No hairdryer in room, noisy at night especially on weekend. Storage of suitcases on last day was chargable
